About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Senior Analyst to join the Care Operations team! Our analysts develop a deep understanding of the day-to-day performance of the Care Operations business, using data to identify opportunities, improve processes, and drive better outcomes.
Reporting to the Director of Business Operations, you will surface insights that shape key initiatives and process improvements, helping deliver a world-class experience for both patients and providers.
This is a highly collaborative, cross-functional role that partners closely with teams across the organization.
You Will: Lead complex analyses across Care Operations to identify trends, diagnose root causes, and translate ambiguous business problems into actionable strategies and recommendations.
Monitor business performance and Care Operations KPIs to proactively identify risks and opportunities, using data and patient insights to advocate for improvements to the patient and Care team experience.
