For that reason, we're hiring a Head of Engineering to own and scale our engineering function.
This is a leadership role at the intersection of people management, product delivery, and infrastructure excellence.
You will lead our engineering team day-to-day - running 1:1s, driving execution, and building a high-performing team culture.
You'll work directly with the CTO and Head of AI to translate a big technical vision into reliable, scalable systems.
Your mission is to stabilize our core infrastructure, establish engineering discipline, and grow the team's velocity and output.
