As a Senior People Process Optimization Strategist, you will drive the execution of process transformation initiatives that improve the end-to-end employee experience across DoorDash and Wolt.
You’ll own workstreams within a broader transformation roadmap, identifying inefficiencies, redesigning processes, and implementing scalable, tech-enabled solutions.
This role is equal parts process design, execution, and change management: success is not just delivering solutions, but ensuring they are adopted and deliver measurable impact.
You will partner closely with COEs, People Business Partners, Product, Engineering, and Operations teams globally, and report to the Senior Manager, People Process Transformation and Continuous Improvement.
