Onward and Upward!!! JOB SUMMARY: Coordinate complex aspects of learning and performance administration and operations to support development, delivery and maintenance of learning and performance programs and solutions.
Coordinate complex programs/ projects and training activities, including event management, participant enrollments, logistical needs, equipment needs, evaluations, and post-training follow-up, etc.
Serve as point of contact for internal and external business partners and vendors as it relates to supported learning and performance programs, fostering strong relationships and communication.
Proactively troubleshoot and resolve pre, on-site, and post-program activities to ensure efficient execution of training programs while collaborating with the project/program lead.
