The Role As a direct Business & Operations partner to our Solutions team, including Deployment Strategists and Applied AI Engineers.
You will work closely with Solutions leadership to build & scale the operating system that powers value realization across pre-sales and post-sales activities.
You will translate our value vision into a scalable operating model by building automations, defining processes and ways of working, standing up KPIs and reporting, operationalising our internal ROI framework, feeding the feedback loop to capitalize on our successes, and embedding reusable value frameworks into customer engagements.
This role is critical to turning our go-to-market strategy into repeatable, AI-native action, aligning delivery quality, output per FTE, and customer satisfaction to improve the efficiency and impact of our Solutions organisation and accelerate the value Mistral delivers to customers.
