In this role, you help translate our revenue targets into an operational plan and bring five independent teams together along this plan.

Your FairwayBreak down monthly and quarterly D2C targets into weekly and daily targets with specific references to products and promotional campaignsDevelop target proposals for C-level executives, who will approve the final planMaintain the product and promotional calendar, taking processes and deadlines into accountEnsuring lead times across five teams (E-commerce & UX, CRM, Performance Marketing, Brand & Marketing, Tech) and identifying and resolving deviations early onLeading the weekly trading reviewAnalyzing problems and developing solutions together with the teamsSupporting the expansion of planning to additional sales channels (Green Grass, Specialty Retail, Amazon, etc.
