The role We're looking for an experienced Operations delivery lead to join our Pensions operations team at an exciting stage of growth.
This role will lead the operational delivery of Seccl's SIPP and ISA products.
You'll be responsible for building the operational structure, processes and controls required to support a growing tax wrappers operation, ensuring we can scale efficiently whilst continuing to deliver excellent customer outcomes.
A key part of the role will be working with product and engineering teams to design and embed scalable operational processes that align with the specific regulatory.
Partnering closely with product, engineering, technical services, you’ll have genuine scope to own, redesign and implement new ways of working to deliver operational excellence.
This is a hands on leadership role for someone who enjoys solving complex operational challenges, building high performing teams and creating scalable processes from the ground up.
