Tasks What You’ll Be Doing You will be the primary point of contact for high value clients, to manage, develop & enhance client relationships with key accounts.
You will lead account managers as a senior member of the eCommerce Acceleration team.
You will guide and support your direct reports with best practices, process improvements and excellence in execution on behalf of their clients.
You will develop an understanding of client strategy, key stakeholders involved & identify new opportunities within key accounts aligned with client & internal goals.
You will oversee day-to-day activities & working with account managers to ensure successful execution of client’s marketplace and D2C objectives.
You will provide insightful input to your manager and the Senior Leadership Team to aid in strategic decision making.
