Your RoleSupports the IT Administration team in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of internalIT systems, hardware and workplace technologyAssists with employee IT support by helping with hardware setup, software installation, useraccount management and basic troubleshootingSupports onboarding and offboarding activities by preparing devices, managing accessrequests and maintaining IT equipmentHelps maintain IT inventory, hardware documentation, software licenses and internal recordsAssists with basic system administration tasks, device management, and office ITinfrastructure under the guidance of the IT Administration Team LeadContributes to improving IT documentation, knowledge base articles and internal processesWorks closely with colleagues across the company to provide friendly and reliable IT supportwhile gaining practical experience in corporate IT administrationYour ProfileCurrently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Computer Science, Information technology, Business Informatics or a related fieldBasic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, networks and common workplace softwareInterest in IT support, systems administration and learning.
