Your ResponsibilitiesProvide day-to-day hands-on support in the production area, including the inspection of non-conforming (NOK) robot modulesIndependently run small-to-medium continuous improvement projects focused on enhancing production safety, OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), and qualityOwn, create, and maintain comprehensive work instructions for all internal assemblies, and support the creation of training documentationSupport the implementation of quality assurance processes and maintenance activitiesSupport the creation of FMEAs for all new robot modules and take ownership of executing the resulting risk-mitigation tasksSupport the team during production trials and cross-functional change management processesWe're looking for someone who has:A Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a similar fieldFirst working experience (including internships or working student positions) in a (high-volume) production environmentA strong hands-on mentality with a proactive, self-starter approach to problem-solvingHighly adaptable and willing to support a wide variety of projects as the production area scalesNice-to-have: initial experience with ERP systems, time analysis, or Lean Manufacturing conceptsFluent in English and GermanAbout RobCoFounded in Munich in 2020, RobCo leads the transition toward fully Autonomous Industrial Robotics.
