Job DescriptionReporting to a Client Partner, you will act as a coordinator between our French clients and our specialist teams, assisting with communication to ensure the smooth running of campaign delivery projects.

As part of a fast-paced team of Client Partners, Media Planners, Analysts, and Campaign Activators your support will be essential to the growth and retention of our key clients.

ResponsibilitiesAssist the Client Partners in tracking the project pipeline, helping to flag upcoming needs to the wider team.

Help collect information from various client teams to assist in the processing of briefs.

• Support the team in tracking budget approvals and monitoring campaign spend, helping to flag any discrepancies or changes.

Set up regular project status meetings.

You will be responsible for taking minutes, capturing "next steps", and ensuring all project "watch outs" are documented.

Assist in the preparation and editing of presentations.
