It's how we turn a room full of people into real pipeline, and how we've built a community that actually wants to hear from us.
We're hiring an Events Manager to scale these experiences and deepen our relationships with the GTM community: executive dinners, industry conferences, sponsorships, speaking moments, webinars, and ChiliPalooza.
This is the person who turns our presence in a room, physical or virtual, into brand awareness, pipeline, and lasting relationships.
This role is part of our marketing team and works cross-functionally with Sales and Partnerships to run Chili Piper's global event strategy.
You'll have real ownership of the calendar and where we show up, not just the execution.
You'll shape the annual plan, then make it happen: logistics, promotion, on-site, and follow-up, all the way through to measurable impact.
This is a hands-on role.
You're the one building the landing pages, pulling the CRM lists, and running the show on-site, not handing a brief to an agency and waiting.
It's a strong fit for someone who is organized and proactive, thinks creatively about how we show up, and brings original ideas and a sense of humor to every event.
It's fully remote, with travel to events.
