</p> <p>At TransferGo, Product Design is not simply a service that turns.
Designers are part of the product trio, working alongside Product and Engineering to understand customer problems, shape strategy and deliver experiences that create meaningful customer and business outcomes.
</p> <p>In this role, you’ll lead complex initiatives from discovery through delivery across our web and mobile products.
You’ll bring clarity to ambiguous problem spaces, connect customer needs with commercial and technical realities, and help teams make better product decisions.
</p> <p>You’ll also play an important role in raising the quality of design across TransferGo.
Alongside owning your work, you’ll mentor other designers, contribute to our design practice and help us use emerging technologies, including AI to work more effectively without compromising judgement, responsibility or craft.
