This role is a perfect fit for a proactive and resourceful individual who is excited to help drive the company's global expansion by building new processes from the ground up while also serving as a key partner and coach to leaders and employees across every department.
Please note: This is a hybrid position based in London and will require travel to the office two times per week.
There will also be occasional business travel for meetings.
Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with and coach leaders at all levels on a wide range of people processes, including performance reviews, compensation planning, team development, and organisational designAdvise and coach leaders on managing complex employee relations issues, including performance management, investigations, and grievancesProvide expertise on local labor law and compliance across EMEA and APAC, ensuring the company.
