About the role — DFYNE Your Career: Before we get into the nuts and bolts, let me introduce myself.

I’m Bruce, Head of Development at DFYNE, and I’m looking for someone who will become the most senior individual contributor within our engineering team.

As our Staff Software Engineer, you will partner closely with me to shape architecture, engineering standards and technical direction while remaining hands-on in the design, delivery and operation of critical systems.

DFYNE has grown rapidly, and we now need a senior technical leader who can help us scale our engineering capability, improve software quality and strengthen operational excellence.

You’ll influence how we build software across the business, mentor engineers, lead through expertise rather than hierarchy and help ensure our technology can support the next phase of DFYNE’s growth.
