As our international footprint expands, we are searching for an outstanding Strategic Finance Manager to help build the financial systems, controls and insights required to support a rapidly growing global business.

This is far more than a conventional accounting position.

You will work closely with our founders and leadership team, take ownership of essential financial processes, evaluate business performance and provide the insights that enable better decisions as we scale.

Your MissionAs Strategic Finance Manager, you will play a central role in The Flex’s financial operations.

Your objective will be to give the business complete clarity over where its revenue comes from, how its money is spent, how each area is performing and where profitability can be improved.

Responsabilidades
