</span></div></div><p><strong><u>Position Summary</u></strong></p> <p>The Senior Manager/Associate Director, Commercial Operations will play a key role in preparing Acadia Pharmaceuticals Germany for the successful launch of a new rare disease product for Rett syndrome.

This role will support commercial strategy, launch readiness, cross-functional execution, and performance tracking to identify, implement, and measure business opportunities in the German market.
