THE ROLE──────────────────────────────This role sits within the Production team at our NPI facility in Reading, Berkshire, reporting to the Production & Quality Director.

As Senior Production Engineer, you will be the senior engineering lead for production at the facility — combining hands-on technical depth in robotics and electrical engineering with day-to-day leadership of the assembly, test and calibration team.

You'll own how XYZ's AR devices are built, tested and calibrated, and how that process scales — accountable both for delivery against the build plan and for the manufacturing engineering that makes the plan achievable.

This includes leading the move from a prototype build process to one designed for volume.
