Position Overview The Systems & Operations team manages the platforms behind Cordance's go-to-market and back-office operations across our business units.
We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst who can do more than administer a single tool.
This person will understand how data moves across our systems, anticipate the downstream impact of changes, and translate business needs into clear, actionable.
You will begin with ownership of our CRM and marketing technology stack, supporting the systems and processes used by Marketing and Sales Development.
Over time, the role will expand into broader business systems ownership and cross-functional initiatives across Cordance.
Build and maintain a strong understanding of how data moves across Cordance's systems, i.
