Tasks As a Product Owner at CONROO, you'll be one of the people steering where our product goes next.
You'll spend time with customers and stakeholders to really understand what they need, then turn that into.
You'll work closely with our developers day to day, answering questions, and making calls when priorities need to shift.
It's a role with real ownership in the sense that what you decide matters, and you'll see it show up in the product.
🎖 What Success Looks Like In your first month You become familiar with the company, product, development process, customers, and key business areas and projects.
You work closely with Tech, Sales, and other teams to understand customer needs, business objectives, and product priorities.
You join Scrum ceremonies and observe how requirements and priorities are managed.
You align and guide a cross-functional team.
Setting clear priorities, offering direction, and helping people do their best work.
By 3 months You analyse and manage project requirements and stakeholder demands.
You independently create, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog based on customer needs and business objectives.
You take ownership of user stories, acceptance criteria, and product requirements.
You take an active role in Scrum.
