AI Product Manager

<h2>Opportunity</h2> <p>Brunswick is accelerating its use of AI to strengthen both the advice we give clients and how we operate.

We are looking for an AI Product Manager to join our AI Lab and help identify, design and scale proprietary AI products that enhance how Brunswick works and advises clients.

</p> <p>Sitting at the intersection of AI, product and the business, you will identify high-value opportunities, turn ambiguous ideas into compelling product concepts, and work closely with AI Engineers to bring them to life.

</p> <p>This role is focused specifically on proprietary products developed by the AI Lab.

It does not own firmwide adoption, training or enablement for general-purpose AI tools.

</p> <p>As the AI Product Manager, you will own product management across the AI Lab’s portfolio, with a particular focus on discovering and shaping new products and capabilities.

</p> <p>You will work with teams across Brunswick to understand business problems and user needs, identify where bespoke AI can create meaningful value, and translate the strongest opportunities into clear product propositions and.

• Identify and shape opportunities for new proprietary AI products and capabilities across Brunswick.
• Lead product discovery, understanding user and business needs, defining opportunities and testing whether ideas are worth pursuing.
• Turn promising ideas into clear product concepts, user journeys, requirements and prototypes.
• Work closely with AI Engineers through design and development, making pragmatic trade-offs between user value, functionality, speed and technical complexity.
• Own and prioritise the roadmap and backlog across the AI Lab’s portfolio.
