What you'll do Accounting, Group Consolidation & Reporting Work with finance / accounting team and external advisors on improving and running Hypersonica’s accounting processes Design an implement processes to ensure compliance with German pricing law (LSP, Marktpreisansatz) Prepare / oversee statutory accounts for the German entity (HGB) and support audit process Support with hands-on bookkeeping tasks (prepare invoices for external bookkeeping) Tax Compliance & Coordination Oversee tax compliance for German entity, coordinating with external advisors Operate and document the intercompany transfer-pricing arrangements, and maintain contemporaneous TP documentation Support corporate tax coordination, including monitoring of loss-carryforward positions and correct treatment of GWG / AfA in the German entity Controlling & Management Reporting Support on building the controlling function from the ground up: cost-centre and cost-carrier accounting, incl.
