As the company scales its large, capital-intensive projects, we are seeking an experienced Finance Controller to own financial control, treasury, and contract governance across the business.

This role is critical in an environment where long-cycle customer contracts, supplier payment terms, milestone billing, revenue recognition, and significant working capital swings directly impact the company's cash position.

You'll work closely with Project, Operations, Procurement, Sales, Commercial, and Senior Leadership teams, providing financial visibility across projects while ensuring strong controls, accurate reporting, and healthy liquidity.

Your ResponsibilitiesOwn financial oversight of complex customer, supplier, and subcontractor contracts, including milestones, payment terms, change orders, retentions, and cost-to-complete.

• Manage long-term contract revenue recognition under ASC 606 / IFRS 15, including percentage-of-completion / input methods, contract assets, liabilities, and unbilled revenue.

Monitor project profitability and financial risk, including cost overruns, margin erosion, schedule delays, and cash-at-risk.

• Own key financial controls, monthly close, management reporting, and audit coordination.
• Lead day-to-day and forward-looking cash flow management, including rolling weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasts.

Monitor and optimize working capital, including customer receivables, supplier terms, inventory, and project-related cash.
