*** The Associate Manager, Client Services role supports AccessGenius, a multiplatform pharmaceutical cost and coverage application, serving as a lead or co-lead analyst on client engagements.
The role oversees projects from concept through launch, ensuring solutions meet client needs, quality standards, and regulatory.
Works closely with clients and Executive personnel to continually define the problem and deploy solutions by supporting the team in executing various work streams.
Essential functions of the job include but are not limited to: Managing project(s) including both internal and external resources in the design, development and delivery of client solutions Leveraging business experience and acumen in identifying strategic alternatives and project approach to client questions Proactively mentoring, coaching and sharing subject matter expertise with others to elevate our capabilities to deliver world-class solutions for clients Serving as key point of contact with clients, managing the process of proposal preparation and/or modifications including overall bid integrity Providing follow-up with client after project deliverable has been completed to ensure client satisfaction Developing broader and deeper knowledge of consulting methodologies and the pharmaceutical market through on the job experience and training Providing direction, advice and intelle.
