As the (Senior) Go-to-Market Scaling Manager - Germany, your first focus is optimising the performance, positioning, and monetisation of Heartbeat AI within our largest and most established market while adding new products to it and making sure our new customer-facing features get seen.
You will take ownership of what's already working and what isn't, fine-tuning pricing, packaging, and go-to-market execution while working closely across Product, Tech, Sales, and Marketing to keep the German market performing at its full potential.
You own the performance and monetisation of Heartbeat AI within the German market, working to continuously optimise what's already in place rather than build from zero.
You fine-tune pricing and packaging, identify where existing structures are leaving value on the table, and drive the changes needed to capture it.
