Own discovery through delivery for our most important product bets, from early ambiguity to validated direction to launched productWork directly with engineers and founders from the start of any initiative as the accountable product owner, not a coordinatorFrame the problem, define the hypothesis, and choose the fastest route to signal: interviews, prototypes, fake doors, experiments, or just shipping and measuringTranslate messy qualitative and quantitative signals into clear product direction, then drive that direction through to executionSet success metrics, make the call on when there's enough signal to build, and own the outcome either wayEmbed structured learning loops into how we operate so insight compounds over timeRaise the bar of product thinking across the team: coach others, introduce lightweight frameworks, and get the whole company closer to customersWho you areYou are a full-stack product thinker.
