We're looking for a Senior Account Manager to own a portfolio of client accounts end to end.
This isn't a pure coordination role.
We need someone hands-on and switched on, who can sit in front of a client, present strategy, answer the technical questions and know what good actually looks like, without leaning on someone else to tell them.
This is a fully remote role.
You'll need a full UK driving licence, as occasionally (roughly once a quarter) you may visit a client for a shoot day.
Tasks What you'll do Own a portfolio of industrial B2B client accounts, acting as their main point of contact and trusted advisor Run client meetings independently, present strategy, handle questions and manage expectations without senior support Set the direction across paid media, SEO, cold outreach, websites and social, and steer the specialists who deliver it Know your numbers, read campaign performance, spot when something isn't working and know why, and steer it back on track Build lead-generation strategy end to end, from the offer and audience through to the funnel and follow-up Spot upsell and cross-sell opportunities and have those conversations naturally Keep clients for the long term by delivering real results and being genuinely on top of their account.
