In order to fully understand our customers, you will start by spending time on the ground in our two most promising markets: Brazil and the US.
During your stay (6 months at each location), you will be embedded in our customers’ organzations, learning how they think, how their processes work, how their teams operate.

You translate customer pain into product specs.
Every requirement you write must be validated by real business impact not assumptions, not gut feel.
Be the customer’s devil’s advocate: You challenge internal ideas with market reality.
If a feature can’t be tied to measurable cost savings or clinical outcomes for our B2B customers, it doesn’t ship.
You bring the business case, backed by data.
Immerse yourself in customer environments: You sit with customers.
You learn their language - literally and operationally.
You understand their workflows, their frustrations, their decision-making.
Drive expansion playbooks: You help define how we adapt the product for vertical integration, new markets, new regulatory environments, and new bu.
