We oversee execution and cross-functional alignment across the games in development — connecting game teams and central teams so decisions get made once and stick, running the cadence that keeps everyone aligned, and clearing the path so teams can build.
</p> <p><strong>What You'll Do:</strong></p> <p>We're looking for a Director, Slate Operations to own this end to end.
There are two sides to it: keeping the Group running as an organization — its cadence, process, and the day-to-day support the Game Board, Head of Slate Development and leadership team rely on — and running program management for the Game Development Framework (GDF) so games move cleanly from concept to launch.
You'll sit inside the Slate Development Group but work with every part of Scopely: game teams, divisional leadership, finance, strategy, and corporate development.

The main goal is to be the end to end steward for game teams in the game development framework.
