System & Process Analysis- Assess current-state technology ecosystems, workflows, and operational performance across Care Alliance delivery tools.
- Identify inefficiencies, variation, and integration barriers.
- Analyze systems to uncover opportunities for Care Alliance execution standardization and optimization.
Care Alliance Partnership Implementation and Maintenance.
- Translate execution.
Cross-Functional Collaboration- Collaborate with Care Alliance account community and enterprise team stakeholders.
- Contribute insights in joint planning forums.
- Support integration across people, process, and technology.
Technical Support & Issue Resolution- Assist with troubleshooting system, workflow, and integration challenges.
- Provide escalations as necessary.
Research & Strategic Recommendations- Stay current on emerging technologies and digital integration strategies.
- Recommend solutions aligned with Care Alliance goals.
Documentation & Reporting- Maintain documentation of configurations, updates, and workflows.
- Prepare concise reports for leadership and customer stakeholders.
