THROUGH TARGETED STAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENT AND EARLY IDENTIFICATION OF AI OPPORTUNITIES, YOU PROVIDE KEY IMPULSES FOR KXL’S AI AND DATA STRATEGY.
As a Junior Data & Analytics Consultant (m/f/d) at UX Intelligence, you will work with cross‑disciplinary teams of researchers, designers, developers, data experts, and business stakeholders in a hybrid work environment.
You will take responsibility for identifying, shaping, and delivering AI use cases – including use‑case scoping, strategic consulting for UX teams, and the facilitation of workshops that support the adoption of AI‑enabled ways of working.
In this role, it is essential that you bring experience in AI applications and AI strategy and are able to communicate complex AI concepts clearly, strategically, and empathetically to diverse audiences.
YOUR PROFILERESPONSIBILITIESExtract meaningful insights from complex datasets using advanced AI, analytics techniques, and data visualization.
Translate insights into strategic recommendations to foster data-driven decision-making.
Create dashboards and reports based on Allianz toolstack (Power BI, Tableau) and consult on data visualization best practices.
Identify and consult on data & AI use cases to bring the project/team/tribe to an appropriate maturity level.
Consult Allianz project/tribe/team and KXL regarding data and AI use cases as well as AI governance within Allianz.
Build machine learning models, AI agents, and multi-agent systems for Allianz and KXL use cases (in cooperation with data scientists).
Review and assess analytics setup, support with implementing and optimizing analytics solutions, and derive insights from analytics data.
