What You'll Be DoingOwn end-to-end hiring for technical roles (brief → offer → close)Partner with hiring managers to define and execute hiring plansProactively source high-demand tech talent using creative, non-traditional approachesBuild and maintain pipelines for niche skillsets (AR/VR, computer vision, BIM, engineering)Deliver a standout candidate experience from first touch to offerUse data to improve hiring performance and optimise processesProvide market insight on salaries, talent trends, and hiring strategyWhat We're Looking ForThis role requires in-depth, hands-on experience recruiting within the technology sector, this is essential, not preferred.
