You will operate with a high level of autonomy, prioritise across a broad IT scope, support and guide an IT apprentice, and coordinate external IT providers.
Beyond day-to-day operations, you will have the opportunity to shape and continuously improve Lengow’s Corporate IT environment, with real ownership over how our tools, infrastructure and processes evolve.
Your main responsabilities:🛠️ IT operations and user supportEnsure the continuity and quality of internal IT services.
Coordinate escalations with software, hardware and service providers.
Define and monitor service levels, recurring incidents and operational priorities.
