This is a full-stack ownership role — from defining our positioning and narrative to building the initial demand engine and setting the foundation for future scale.
You will work directly with the founders and GTM leadership to shape how the market understands Deltia, create repeatable demand motions, and build the early marketing team over time.
What you’ll doOwn positioning and messaging across all customer-facing surfacesBuild and execute the go-to-market strategy across digital, content, events and partnershipsDesign and run demand generation / ABM programs that convert into revenueCreate high-leverage content, case studies, and thought leadership with founders and customersEstablish marketing metrics, reporting cadence and operational rhythmGradually build and lead the marketing team as the function scalesYou are5–10 years in B2B SaaS or deep-tech marketing, ideally with enterprise or industrial customer experienceFull-stack: strong at both narrative/positioning and performance/demand executionExperienced in building marketing foundations from zero, not just optimizing an existing machineComfortable working directly with founders and sales to rapidly test and iterate messagingCapable of transitioning from hands-on execution to team leadership as we scaleWhy this role mattersYou will define how an emerging industrial AI category is perceived — and lay the GTM foundation for the next phase of Deltia’s growth.
