Shaping what tradies pay and the value they feel they get for it.

• Lead the pricing, packaging and upgrade experiences that grow MRR, with results read at the SLT level and real scope to build a repeatable value-capture engine for FY27 and beyond.

• Own the upgrade and add-on experience end-to-end, growing MRR against the FY27 target.
• Own subscription pricing and the shape of the packages — what's in each tier, what it costs, and how tradies move between them.
• Validate the highest-impact pricing and packaging opportunities, starting with rookies and entry-level packages, and launch and prove the first initiative.
