</p> <p><strong>The Opportunity</strong><br>The Engineering Manager is a hands-on, player-coach leadership role.
You are embedded with your team - daily standup, code review, architectural calls, delivery planning, and performance management - and you own both the team's output and the team's growth.
<br>This is a genuinely technical & leadership role.
You are expected to write and review code, be a credible voice in architectural decisions, and stay current in your team's stack.
You lead by demonstrating you can do the work at the highest level, not by title alone.
<br>The balance between hands-on contribution and leadership depends on the team's context, but your overarching mandate is the same: run the team, execute and deliver, and grow its impact.
