We’re hiring a freelance Marketing Designer, Web to raise the visual quality of that experience.
You’ll design, improve, and maintain our marketing site built using Webflow; turn Growth briefs into polished, component-led pages; and own quality through launch.
Most of your work will be web and CMS-based, with select opportunities to support campaign creative, slides, ads, email UI, and other brand assets.
This is not a product-design, UX-research, or front-end developer role.
We need a strong visual designer with exceptional judgment in typography, hierarchy, layout, responsive design, and the details that make a page feel considered.
You don’t need to be a Webflow expert on day one: CMS fluency, good technical judgment, and an appetite to learn matter more.
What you'll be doing: Design and ship great marketing web experiences Turn Growth and Content briefs into polished Figma designs for landing pages, product pages, editorial hubs, and campaigns.
Build clear, conversion-aware, accessible, and responsive layouts using our design system and existing components.
Design new components when needed, extending our design system in a cohesive, reusable way.
Improve the marketing site’s everyday surfaces, including navigation, templates, content modules, and EN/FR experiences (French language is not required) with the same care as major launches.
Bring a point of view to how PolicyMe shows up visually.
As a startup, you’ll have meaningful input into the evolution of our web and marketing design identity, in partnership with Growth and Design leadership.
