This is a great opportunity for a student who already has some practical experience in HR and recruitment and would like to gain broader hands-on experience in a dynamic international working environment.
Your ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent AcquisitionSupport the HR team throughout the recruitment process, from job posting to interview coordinationCreate, publish, and maintain job advertisements across relevant recruitment platformsReview and screen incoming CVs and applications based on defined criteriaConduct initial candidate screening calls and coordinate next steps with the HR teamSupport candidate communication and provide a positive candidate experienceAssist with preparing interview materials Support onboarding activities for new employees where requiredHR AdministrationProvide day-to-day administrative support to the HR teamProcess and post HR-related invoices and assist with tracking and documentation.
Assist with various administrative tasks and HR projects as requiredEmployee Engagement & HR EventsSupport the planning and organization of HR activities, employee events, workshops, and team initiativesAssist with event logistics, communication, invitations, and coordinationYour profileCurrently enrolled as a student at a university and eligible to work as a Working Student in GermanyPrevious practical experience in HR, recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field is requiredFluent English.
