Your mission Starting August 2026 and based in Stuttgart or Berlin, you'll join us as our Founders Associate, working directly with our CEO and COO to drive the most strategic initiatives across the company.
You'll be the right hand on high-impact decisions, the operator behind cross-functional execution, and the connective tissue between leadership and the rest of the team.
This role gives you visibility and ownership across product, GTM, operations, and finance from day one.

What You’ll Be Working On Partner directly with the CEO on strategic initiatives, board prep, investor materials, and the long-term company narrative.
Drive cross-functional projects, from product launches and market entries to operational improvements and internal workflows, from concept to delivery.
Build structured analyses, business cases, and decision frameworks that inform our most important calls.
Identify and unblock bottlenecks, then build the systems that stop them from coming back.
Prepare strategic insights and reporting that keep leadership and the team aligned.
Be a cultural co-creator across our Stuttgart and Berlin hubs.
Who We’re Looking For 2–4 years of experience in top-tier strategy consulting (McKinsey, BCG, or Bain) or an equivalent high-performance environment.
Sharp analytical thinker with structured problem-solving.
Excellent communicator who builds trust quickly with senior stakeholders and tells the story behind the numbers.
Strong commercial instinct and genuine curiosity.
Comfortable holding multiple workstreams in parallel, navigating ambiguity, and switching context without losing rigor.
