the role: As Senior Integrated Designer, you'll lead creative thinking and execution across the studio's full channel mix, from initial concept through to final delivery across digital, social, motion, print, and events. You'll bring both ideas and craft to every brief, ensuring work is visually strong, strategically considered, and consistent across touchpoints and markets. Operating within a regulated financial services environment, you'll bring discipline to compliance-sensitive materials, set quality benchmarks for the team, embed AI-assisted design workflows, and help build a studio the wider organisation is proud of.
