Role Overview We are looking for an experienced and proactive Global Customer Success & Retention Manager to join our growing team in Berlin.
In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with employer clients, ensuring they receive exceptional value from Progyny’s global family-building.
You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, supporting implementation, adoption, and ongoing engagement while collaborating closely with internal teams including Sales, Product, Marketing, and Clinical Operations.
This is a highly collaborative role suited for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working cross-functionally, and driving client satisfaction and retention.
Tasks Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for employer clients, managing relationships throughout the full client lifecycle.
Account Ownership & Retention: Own client retention and overall account health to ensure long-term satisfaction and partnership success.
Onboarding & Implementation: Lead onboarding and implementation to ensure a smooth and effective launch of Progyny’s benefits programs.
Client Education & Engagement: Provide ongoing training, education, and proactive communication to support client understanding and engagement.
Stakeholder Partnership: Build strong relationships with HR, Benefits, and People teams within client organizations.
Strategic Guidance: Advise clients on how to maximize the value and impact of Progyny’s family-building benefits.
