</p> <h2 data-section-id="1hl1yo8" data-start="755" data-end="770"><strong><span style="font-size: 10pt;">The Role</span></strong></h2> <p data-start="772" data-end="1345">Capco is seeking a visionary Data Analytics Lead at Managing Principal level to spearhead the strategy and growth of our award-winning Data Practice.
You'll lead a team of multidisciplinary practitioners delivering high-impact analytics, AI and data science programmes across the Financial Services sector.
This leadership role combines business development, client engagement, capability growth and proposition innovation while championing AI-enabled ways of working that improve client outcomes, accelerate delivery and foster responsible AI adoption across the practice.
