</strong></p> <p data-start="389" data-end="801"><strong data-start="389" data-end="401">The Role</strong></p> <p><span data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody">You’ll lead complex, AI-enabled data and analytics programmes across the financial services sector, combining strategic leadership with deep expertise in applied AI, machine learning and advanced analytics to help clients deliver measurable outcomes at scale.
</span></p> <p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li class="x_MsoNormal">Scope, prioritise and shape AI and analytics initiatives across top-tier financial institutions</li> <li class="x_MsoNormal">Lead end-to-end delivery, from problem definition through to delivery, balancing business value, technical feasibility and data readiness</li> <li class="x_MsoNormal">Own delivery outcomes across AI-enabled initiatives, working hands-on with data scientists, engineers and client stakeholders</li> <li class="x_MsoNormal">Provide leadership and mentoring to data scientist and AI engineers, supporting capability growth across analytics, AI and ML</li> <li class="x_MsoNormal">Represent Capco’s Data Practice externally, contributing to AI-focused propositions, partnerships and thought leadership</li> </ul> <p><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li class="x_MsoNormal">Proven experience leading AI-driven data and analytics programmes within consulting or complex enterprise environments</li>.
