Position OverviewWe’re looking for a Founding Account Executive to help validate, establish, and grow Bobyard’s presence in the UK.
This is not a traditional AE role where you inherit an established territory and fully developed playbook.
The UK is currently in a market validation stage, so you’ll play a direct role in identifying where we have the strongest product market fit, refining our messaging, and building a repeatable sales motion.
You’ll partner closely with our UK SDR, but you’ll also be expected to generate your own opportunities through targeted outbound, industry relationships, events, referrals, and other creative market development efforts.
You’ll own the full sales cycle from initial outreach and discovery through product demonstrations, negotiation, and close.
Across our sales team, we have achieved a 57% qualified-to-close rate.
Your job will be to help us sustain that performance as we expand internationally and build the foundation for long-term growth in the UK.
Accelerated Ramp ExpectationsBecause this is a founding role, the ramp period will be shorter and more hands on than at a traditional AE organization.
We’ll provide product training, coaching, and access to the broader Bobyard team, but you’ll be expected to take ownership of your development from day one.
That means learning the platform quickly, practicing independently, asking tho.
