Tasks Specific tasks will be shared closer to the interview stage Market & Regulatory Assessment – Analyse industry trends, policy incentives, and regulatory risks impacting the property sector Competitive Positioning – Evaluate the target’s market share, unique value proposition, and differentiation from competitors Commercial & Revenue Analysis – Assess revenue streams, pricing models, customer base, and future growth potential Operational & Cost Review – Examine supply chain dependencies, technology readiness, and cost structures Risk & Investment Feasibility – Identify commercial risks, scalability challenges, and alignment with investor objectives.
