</p> <p>We are looking for a senior CRM Manager to join our diverse and driven team.
In this role, you’ll play a key part in achieving ambitious growth targets by engaging and retaining our global user base through impactful, data-driven CRM strategies.
</p> <hr> <h2><strong>YOUR DAILY ADVENTURES WILL INCLUDE:</strong></h2> <ul> <li>As part of the central CRM team, you will: maximise customer value by defining and implementing lifecycle strategies that activate, engage and retain users across our 9 markets</li> <li>Own end-to-end automation creation process, from ideation to execution, across multiple channels (email, push notifications, in-app, SMS…)</li> <li>Advise and coach more junior team members on best in class CRM for global and local initiatives, ensuring the right message reaches the right user at the right time</li> <li>Optimise performance using behavioural data, designing and analysing A/B tests, and reduce friction in the customer journey</li> <li>Lead cross-functional projects, such as dashboard creation, lifecycle segmentation, process optimisation, and experimentation frameworks</li> <li>Manage and optimise CRM automations, aligning communications and themes with lifecycle stages and business priorities</li> <li>Identify business opportunities and bring them to life together with Marketing, Product, local teams and North American counterparts</li> </ul> <hr> <h2><strong>TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:</strong></h2> <ul> <li>5+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or customer engagement – ideally at a regional or global level</li> <li>Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (experience with Braze is a plus)</li> <li>Strong project management and stakeholder management.
