For our Munich-based Cyber Team, we are looking for you if you want to support our clients on this journey:You support our clients in implementing regulatory and cybersecurity-related requirements – from NIS2 and DORA to eIDAS and the EU AI Act – and translate them into processes that are actually embedded in day-to-day operationsYou develop analyses, concepts, and target operating models in the context of complex and emerging cybersecurity topics (e.
digital identity management, AI security, or AI observability) and drive their implementation through to completionDepending on your professional experience, you lead projects as a project manager or take responsibility for individual work packages and workstreamsYou assess existing structures, identify risks and gaps, and derive concrete measures and implementation plans from your findingsYou collaborate with different teams on the client side (IT, Business, Compliance) to develop sustainable and effective solutionsYou present complex topics in a way that is convincing both in expert-level discussions and at board-level meetingsYou take on responsibility for your own work packages early on and, as your experience grows, progress into sub-project and project leadership rolesBeyond client projects, you contribute to internal initiatives, proposals, and the development of our Cybersecurity Practice by staying up to date with current developments in cybersecurity and regulation and bringing new ideas into client projects and internal initiativesYOUR PROFILYou have a strong understanding of IT and are interested in developing your knowledge in new and complex topics; in-depth technical expertise is not a prerequisiteYou have completed a degree with good to very good results in.
