Your primary focus will be to acquire new clients through targeted sales initiatives.
You will work closely with stakeholders across the organisation and contribute to building this exciting and fast-growing business area.
This position is permanent and based in Germany (Munich or remote).
WHAT YOU'LL DOBuild and grow our B2B customer segment by establishing strong relationships with architects, interior designers, and project developers, and by positioning our products as a preferred choice in their client and project workDevelop and grow existing accounts to reach our sales targets for the respective regionLead the full sales cycle independently, from prospecting and pitching to project close, using data and AI-supported tools to identify opportunities and optimise pipeline managementSupport the development of large-scale B2B projects and help establish internal processes to scale the architecture and design businessDevelop and implement retention and upselling initiatives for your region, while continuously monitoring and improving customer satisfactionCollaborate with senior leadership on key presentations and represent the company at professional events, conferences, and trade fairsYOU COME WITH3+ years of working experience with a strong track record in business development and account management in the B2B furniture, home and living, or design industryExperience working in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple priorities with precision and speedThe ability to structure and manage complex, cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders at various levelsAn established network within the European design communityAn entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on mentality to grow revenue while ensuring high customer satisfactionExcellent verbal and written communication.
