We are seeking a high-energy, remote Account Executive to spearhead sales growth and market expansion across Australia and New Zealand (ANZ).

In this role, you will own the end-to-end sales cycle, from strategic prospecting to closing.

You will serve as a trusted advisor, helping customers navigate complex manufacturing.

Responsabilidades

Sales & Business Development Full-Cycle Sales: Manage the complete sales process from lead qualification and technical discovery to negotiation and closing

Strategic Growth: Identify, target, and develop long-term partnerships with key accounts across the ANZ region.

Pipeline Management: Maintain a healthy sales funnel by combining proactive outbound prospecting with efficient inbound lead handling.

Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets and KPIs.

Technical Advisory & Collaboration Solution Selling: Provide expert guidance on manufacturing processes (CNC, 3D Printing, etc.

) to help customers select the most efficient production methods.

Cross-Functional Partnership: Work closely with Sales Engineers to ensure all quotes are technically accurate, competitively priced, and aligned with client specifications.

Stakeholder Engagement: Build deep relationships with Engineering, Procurement, Program Management, and C-suite executives.

Market Intelligence & Representation Presentations: Deliver compelling technical and commercial presentations at site visits, customer meetings, and industry trade shows.
