This is a foundational leadership role responsible for establishing our Sydney-based sales team from the ground up while developing our footprint across Australia and broader APAC markets.
You will focus on larger law firms and in-house legal departments, with deal sizes ranging from $40k to $500k+.
This is a high-impact opportunity where you’ll define our go-to-market motion in the region, build a high-performing team, and execute strategies to win complex, enterprise deals.
As our first sales leader in Australia, you will play a critical role in setting up our regional operations, including helping establish our Sydney office, shaping local sales processes, and acting as a key ambassador for the company in-market.
Reporting to the VP Sales (based in North America), you’ll collaborate closely with a globally distributed team across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success.
Success in this role requires both strategic leadership and hands-on execution, as well as the ability to operate effectively across time zones and cultures.
